Has an in depth knowledge of looking into the needs of the business and setting up a team with a management structure that runs with minimum input and directional needs. Focus is on the marketing of properties in the company’s management portfolio and positioning them in a profitable way within the market. Works directly with the Directors of Sales at each hotel.

Over 28 years of experience in Hotel/Motel Industry and development expertise. Manages all design and construction issues as it relates to interiors and exteriors of existing or new build hotels. Analyzes costs to ensure effective control measures are applied throughout the company and at the hotel level. Has extensive experience in developing hotels. Member of Brunswick, GA URA board and Brunswick, GA Indian Association. Expertise are not limited to just Hospitality Industry; he is a skilled and knowledgeable Insurance Agent with over 15 years of experience. Works with commercial insurance, providing quotes and guidance to business & individuals per their needs.

25 years experience in business development, started out with a couple bright ideas and a few friends who trusted his vision, built a vast network of businesses and happy investors. Currently looking for opportunities in strategic markets for the growth of Rising Sun and ensuring we have a strong group of investors and lending institutions for all our future projects.

Operations, Human Resources

Masters in Computer Science, 2001, Southeastern University DC. CHA, 10 years’ experience in the hospitality sector, focused on operations and human resources of multiple businesses in the past 16 years. At the business level focused on team building, training, communication, relationship building with guests and clients, created employee handbooks, orientation packets, job descriptions, and standards of operating procedures. Operations include Inventory control, purchasing, AP, AR, training the team on a property level and consult on proper procedure and protocol.
